Many people have received a Kindle for Christmas. The Kindle Book Store doesn't have the Harry Potter series and will not be made available for the Kindle. J.K. Rowling is a firm believer in reading books as an actual book, she even wrote the series by hand. She has never allowed her books to be published as an e-Book, but perhaps she will in the future!
J.K. Rowling, if you are out there... please consider putting your great creation "Harry Potter into an e-Book format like Kindle. It is not about earning money it is about access to your books by a new trend of readers the e-Book readers! e-Books are out selling paperback and hardcover!
But isn't it a little hypocritical for Rowling to oppose e-Books but to allow the books be made into movies and audio books? Neither of those require reading at all; Kindle actually DOES!
Rowling should consider Kindle and put a smile on hundreds of thousands. ;)
